Being able to rely on a trusted friend brings us strength and clarity. What should I do -- or not do? The Holy Spirit can be that trusted Friend if we allow Him to be.

- Set up a meeting time and place. (Meet there for the next 6 days.)
- Invite the Holy Spirit to join you.
- Read your devotion for today.
- Look up the scriptures that go with the reading.
- Write any thought-provoking scriptures in your journal.
On the 7th day, read the scriptures that you wrote down.
Repeat the next week.
