Feeling Fit and Fab #5
- Are you avoiding certain aisles in the grocery store now that you are choosing healthier food?
- Are you drinking more hydrating liquids than you were before?
- Have you discovered new ways to exercise?
- Did you plan ahead so that when the time came, you could make better choices?
- Did you avoid the drive-through lines at fast food places a little more?
- Maybe you came up with one or two healthy recipes since you began last week.
- Were you more mindful of getting to bed on time so your body could get adequate sleep.
If you made some positive changes since we began last week, you have reason to rejoice. As you commit your plans to God at the beginning of the day, don’t be surprised if God’s Holy Spirit guides your thoughts towards making better choices. After all, He wants your plans to “be established and succeed.” (Proverbs 16:3 AMPC)
As I sat down to write, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “Tell them that I delight in the good choices they are making.” Note that He did not mention those other choices. So how about if we focus on the good things and try to repeat them more often than not!
It would be a total blessing if you would let me know of one or two (or more) good choices you have made since we began this together. I would like to publish them (without names) so that we all can be encouraged!
